The aggregate compensation for the members of the Board of Management in 2022 totaled €25,779 thousand, comprising €8,363 thousand in non-performance-related components and €7,280 thousand in performance-related components. The pension service cost amounted to €12,230 thousand.
The Supervisory Board of Bayer AG has appointed Bill Anderson to become CEO of Bayer, effective June 1, 2023. He will join Bayer as a member of the Board of Management on April 1, 2023. Current CEO Werner Baumann will retire at the end of May 2023.
